While in Fiji we will be diving with Coral Coast Divers.
This form need to be completed by all SCUBA participants by Friday, 1/13:
Coral Coast Liability Waiver. You should be able to download the form, fill it in digitally, and email it to me.
In order to confirm your spot in the scuba course and on the dives during the trip, here’s what you need to do:
Read everything on this page VERY carefully.
Fill out this scuba confirmation form by September 1st.
This form must be filled out by an adult. The sooner this form is filled out the better!
Submit the $1,198 Williston portion of the dive fee by September 5th.
Make sure you have a current physical.
Some of the paperwork you may need to be filled out by a physician.
Complete all four Enfield Scuba forms and submit them to Mr. Seamon-Ingalls by September 5th:
1) Medical Form: If there are all No’s on page 1 nothing else has to be filled out. If there is a yes, then the Dr has to sign the last page.
2) Student Record Form
3) Safe Diving Practices Waiver
4) Liability Release Waiver

Enfield Scuba will be returning to run our PADI Open Water Diver certification class!
This will be their third time training Williston students and we’re thrilled for their return.
The total cost to dive is $1,400. This includes the PADI Open Water Diver course along with 4 dives in Fiji. Everyone will also get to keep their mask, snorkel, fins, boots, log book, and card from the course. You will pay $1,198 of this fee to Williston. The remaining $202 will be paid directly by each participant when they sign up for the eLearning course.
Here’s what the dive course entails. All modules are required and there are no alternate dates.
eLearning course: This is an online course that you can complete in your own time. Information on how to sign up for this course will be sent to each participant as soon as the $1,198 dive fee is paid to Williston. The eLearning course must be completed by Monday, September 19th. It’s estimated that the course takes 5-10 hours.
Sunday, September 18th, 6-7pm: Orientation in Schoolhouse 25. Enfield Scuba will come to campus to take our measurements and run us through some intro information.
Sunday, September 25th, 9am to Noon: Pool day 1 in the Williston pool. Half of our group will go in the morning and half in the afternoon. Lots of learning in the pool! Our first dives!
Sunday, October 2nd, 9am to Noon and possibly 1-4pm: Pool day 2 in the Williston pool. Half of our group will go in the morning and half in the afternoon. Pool-based learning continues.
Sunday, October 9th, ~8am to ~3pm: Open water day 1! We’ll be diving in a lake at Bigelow Hollow State Park!
Monday, October 10th, ~8am to ~3pm: Open water day 2! We’ll be diving in a lake at Bigelow Hollow State Park! Note that this is the Monday of long weekend.
