You will most likely receive an update on the status of your application within 5-7 days of your application.
Application materials need to be handed off to Mr. Seamon-Ingalls in the Mathematics Department Office (Schoolhouse 21). You can also drop off completed materials in Mr. Seamon-Ingalls’s Schoolhouse mailbox. Additionally, you can email scans of completed paperwork to Mr. Seamon-Ingalls at jseamon@williston.com.
An on-time, completed application is necessary to be considered for the trip, but it does not automatically guarantee you will be selected to participate.
In order for your application to be considered complete, you must:
Step 1: Complete the online trip application.
Step 2: Submit the parent/guardian application confirmation form to Mr. Seamon-Ingalls.
Step 3: Submit the $350 deposit. Information on how to make a payment, as well as the trip refund policy, are online in the trip FAQ.
Notes:
If a student is accepted onto the trip, the $350 deposit will be applied to the overall trip fee.
If a student is not accepted onto the trip, the $350 deposit will be refunded.
